We don’t provide any damaged or unauthorized products so that we don’t get returned products. Although if you want to return products you have to discuss your issue to our office representative.

Our couriers will deliver to either a home or work address.
Although we would love to receive your order, we currently cannot ship outside of the countries where our online shop is open. However, we are constantly expanding, and aim to reach even more European countries in the future, for your full satisfaction!
